What this notice covers

This notice describes how Solfara handles personal information collected through solfara.ai. It does not cover information processed on behalf of clients during an engagement — that is governed by the agreement in place with that client.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you complete the contact form, we receive the name, work email address, organisation and message you enter. If you email us directly, we receive whatever that message contains.

This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Pages are served as static files. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to carry on the resulting conversation. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Who else sees it

Our email and hosting providers process this information on our behalf under their own terms. We do not otherwise share it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, write to [email protected] and we will respond.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised notice.
